A dream. Firmly in the brighter, fresher and life affirming mould of Trousseau. Semi carbonic maceration in fiberglass. Matured in old oak casks for 10 months The nose has aromas of small red fruits. The palate is lively, fresh and mineral with slightly spicy notes
