A bit of a 'techy' wine. The maceration on skins takes place under nitrogen at low temperatures allowing the pure fruit aromas to develop, without oxidation & without chemicals. Fresh strawberry, musk melon, raspberry leaf with a bit of white flower. Clean! Fresh! A beautiful take on skin contact wine. Let's not forget the beautiful copper colour.
