A very light bodied red, similar to the hard to find Jura wines. Aromatic, peppery, slightly smokey. Unripe raspberry, red currant, plum, tart cherry. Very much a wine of the land. Great with oily tapas and olives. Chill it baby! VERY NATURAL.
