Remember a few years ago when Prosecco was the new Champagne? Welcome to Cremant. Elegant & expressive. Tons of apple, peach, and hints of spice and honey, 12-18 months on lees means good weight, and a really delightful bottle of bubbles.
 
Côtes du Rhône Villages Blanc, Château Maucoil
Weight, not wood brings richness here. An oily waxy texture, a nose very similar to Sauternes. Dried apricots & herbs, hay, with candied orange peel. Lemon peel freshness and unripe peach. A really fun wine when you want something more than just 'white wine'.
 
Adobe Pinot Noir, Emiliana
Pinot Noir at it's lightest fruitiest finest. Very reminiscent of an Oregon Pinot. 10% aged in oak to bring complexity. Strawberries, sour cherry and red grape, with hints of delicate spice. Drink a touch cooler.
