Fun, fresh, and fizzy! Perfect while you’re cooking dinner and that big red is sitting. Bright lemon & grapefruit, fresh stone fruit, and just a bit of yeasty bread. Not complicated- you don’t always need a Twin Peaks plot line.
 
Les Vins de la Gabare Muscadet sur Lie "La Pentiere"
This has a distinct seashell briney nose, like driving to the seaside. A bit of spritz, ginger, lemon, & lime, white pepper. Concrete ferment & 7 months on lees brings a richness. Who has my oysters?
 
Fratelli Felix, Vigneti Tardis
One for the orange lovers & those looking to explore the category. Three days on skin gives bruised apple, hay, burlap, burnt orange, spices, caramel, with some light perfumed floral notes. Brightess balanced with tannin.
 
Météore Faugères Les Léonides
Named after the 200m wide meteorite crater that is in the middle of the estate. This is powerful without being overpowering. Like your nan. Earthy meatiness, with mint, thyme, rosemary. Then dark black fruits, currant, blackberry, with a graphite finish (you know you licked your pencil). Luscious silky tannins. 28 days maceration followed by 28 months maturation in fibergalss.
