This is how Pinot should be in my opinion, lol. Light bodied, with perfumed rose, raspberry sorbet, violet, and subtle spice. Not an over extracted vanilla bomb. Lively and fresh with refreshing acidity. Hints of natural fermenation. Utterly drinkable.
