The perfect wine to get into traditional Georgian orange wines...a merino wool sweater, not your school uniform sweater. Not too tannic, but plenty of body. Rich nutty aromas, dried orange, bruised apple with a refreshing but not bracing acidity. Drink cool, not cold.
