Commissioned for Felix's Michelin Star restaurant, to pair with sushi & Japanese cuisine. Aged in 2nd use American oak, it has chamomile, papaya, apple, gorse & coconut aromas with slightly flinty finish. Rich, creamy, and damn tasty.
