What more can you want? Imagine champagne in a still wine. Stainless steel, but so much yeasty breadiness (imagine Twiglets). Luscious ripe orchard fruits, & creaminess from malolactic. It is had an incredibly long finish, with sharp acidity that brings you back for another sip.
