Join The Bunch Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") set out the basis on which you can use your Wine & Such Membership Card (the "Join the Bunch Membership"). Please read them carefully as they contain important information. By signing up to a Join the Bunch Membership you are confirming that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms. These Terms will always be readily available on the Wine & Such website but Join the Bunch Membership holders are also welcome to keep a print out of the below terms for their own reference. These Terms are in respect of your use of the Join the Bunch Membership only. The terms and conditions in respect of our supply of products to you are contained here.

  • 1. GENERAL

    • 1.1 These Terms apply to the Join the Bunch Membership provided to you by Braisen Ltd. and govern the relationship between Braisen Ltd. ("we" or "us") and members of the Join the Bunch Membership scheme ("you" or "your") run by Braisen Ltd. in respect of the Join the Bunch Membership.

    • ·1.2 The promoter of the Join the Bunch Membership is Braisen Ltd., 113 Brick Kiln One, Station Road, London SE13 5FP company number 12043471 and, for the purposes of these Terms, Braisen Ltd. will be referred to as "Wine & Such".

    • 1.3 It is within the discretion of Wine & Such that certain products may be excluded from the Join the Bunch Membership scheme. In such circumstances, details of such excluded products will be available on our website or in store.

    • 1.4 By using the Join the Bunch Membership you indicate that you accept these Terms and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms, you may not use your Join the Bunch Membership. If there is anything you do not understand, please contact us at hello@Wineandsuch.co.uk

    • 1.5 Wine & Such reserve the right to change these Terms from time to time. Any such changes will take effect when posted on www.Wineandsuch.co.uk and your continued use of the Join the Bunch Membership shall constitute your acceptance to be bound by the latest Terms.

    • 1.6 The construction, validity and performance of these Terms are governed by English law and you can bring legal proceedings in connection with these Terms exclusively in the English courts.

  • 2. Wine & Such Join the Bunch Membership

    • 2.1 Join the Bunch Memberships can be purchased at the Wine & Such store or via the Wine & Such website.

    • 2.2 When you purchase your Join the Bunch Membership, you will get access to the Join the Bunch Membership benefits listed on the type of membership you purchase. These are listed below. You will also receive exclusive offers and special promotions on occasion. Some offers will only be promoted to customers who have opted in for email and / or postal marketing communications from Wine & Such. The Join the Bunch Membership discount is valid only on the purchase of wine, and not other items in the store.

Small Bunch Member

  1. One bottle of the exclusive wine of the month

  2. 10% off all Wine, ciders & vermouths in store

  3. Early access to tastings and workshops

Medium Bunch Member

  1. Two bottles of the exclusive wine of the month

  2. 10% off all Wine, ciders & vermouths in store

  3. Early access to tastings and workshops

Big Bunch Member

  1. Two bottles of the exclusive wine of the month

  2. Two bottle refills (750ml) of house table wine per month

  3. 15% off all Wine, ciders & vermouths in store

  4. Early access to tastings and workshops

  • 2.3. In order to purchase a Join the Bunch Membership, you must provide your name, address, and contact details. See clause 5 for details of how this information will be used.

  • 2.4 If you need to change any of the details you have registered with your Join the Bunch Membership, please contact us in store or at hello@Wineandsuch.com. Please note that it is your responsibility to notify us of any changes to your details.

  • 2.5 A Join the Bunch Membership can only be registered in the name of an individual who is over the age of 18 at the time of registration to a UK resident.

  • 2.6 Only one Join the Bunch Membership can be registered per individual.

  • 2.7 A Join the Bunch Membership is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase or time of its registration, whichever is sooner. When your Join the Bunch Membership has expired or is due to expire, you can renew it in any of our stores.

  • 2.8 Only the registered person on the Join the Bunch Membership is entitled to the in store discount. You must provide proof of identification in store to receive your discount. No adjustments on prior purchases.

  • 2.9 Only the registered member can pick up their bottle of wine from the Wine and Such store. Wine will be available from the 1st of each calendar month until the last day of that calendar month. After the last day of the calendar month, your wine will no longer be available for pickup. If you are unable to pick up your wine in the time frame please email hello@Wineandsuch.com prior.

  • 2.10 Once purchased in accordance with clause 2.1 - 2.8, a Join the Bunch Membership:

    1. 2.10.1 cannot be used as a credit card, debit card or a cheque guarantee card;

    2. 2.10.2 cannot be resold, transferred, exchanged for cash or traded by you;

  • 2.11 You have the right to cancel at anytime. To cancel your Join the Bunch Membership please email us at hello@Wineandsuch.com or log onto your account on the website. No cancellations will be taken verbally in store. No refunds will be given for past membership payments.

  • 3. COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE

    • 3.1 We aim to deal with all complaints as effectively and fairly as possible. If you wish to make a complaint regarding any element of the Join the Bunch Membership Scheme please contact us either:

    • 3.1.1 by visiting us in store

    • 3.1.2 by e-mail at enquiries@gooutdoors.co.uk

    • 3.1.3 by phone, please call 07868 533709; or

  • 4. DATA PROTECTION

    • 4.1 When purchasing the Join the Bunch Membership, if you have opted in for postal or email communication, you consent to be contacted by Wine & Such to receive marketing information applicable to Join the Bunch Membership cardholders. Information regarding any personal information which you may provide to us and how we use your personal information is detailed in our Privacy Policy

  • 5. VARIATION AND CANCELLATION

    • 5.1 If at any time you wish to cancel your Join the Bunch Membership you may do so by logging into your account on the website www.Wineandsuch.com. If you cancel your Join the Bunch Membership you will not receive a refund.

    • 5.2 We reserve the right, at any time and without notice, to:

    • 5.2.1 amend or waive any provision of these Terms from time to time; and/or

    • 5.2.2 terminate the Join the Bunch Membership Scheme; and/or

    • 5.2.3 decline to issue Join the Bunch Memberships; and/or

    • 5.2.4 on reasonable grounds, withdraw or cancel Join the Bunch Memberships, where reasonable grounds shall include (but not be limited to):

    • 5.2.4.1 any abuse or attempted abuse of the scheme; and/or

    • 5.2.4.2 any use or attempted use of a Join the Bunch Membership in a manner which is contrary to these Terms; and/or

    • 5.2.4.3 any reasonable suspicion of dishonesty we may have on your part in connection with the Join the Bunch Membership Scheme.
